Terms of Service

Placing an order is a completed sale. We may decline an order if the item has sold out, the price was listed in error, or we cannot reach you on the number provided.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you place the order.

Prices can change without notice, but a confirmed order is honoured at the price shown when it was placed.

An order is confirmed only once the advance has been received and verified against the transaction ID. A screenshot helps if you send one, but it is not required. We may decline an order where the payment cannot be verified.

The advance counts toward the order total; the balance is payable in cash on delivery. Where a delivered parcel is refused without a defect, the advance is not refunded.

Availability on the site is kept current, but two people can reach checkout for the last piece at the same time. If that happens we contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the line.

Codes are single-use per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and may carry a minimum spend or an expiry date. We may withdraw a code at any time; orders already placed with it are unaffected.

Colours vary between screens, and prints have small variations between runs. Measurements are given as a guide and can vary by roughly half an inch.

We do not accept returns or exchanges except where a product is defective. Full details are in Shipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms.

The Retro Street name, logo and site content belong to us. Product artwork is either original or licensed. If you believe something here infringes your rights, contact us and we will take it down while we look into it.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall to the courts of Dhaka.
